All returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Please contact me if something doesn't work. Defects must go through the manufacturer but if they do not address your issue let me know. I try to test everything that I sell and if I haven't I will try to build your setup so I can replicate the problem. Chances are I have already had the same problem you are having. However, If I determine it is do to operator error then I'm sorry, but it'll be on you, but listen, I've ruined my share (and still do) of parts in my time including expensive barrels; it happens. Even then I will do my best to get you shooting again. With all that being said, I reserve the right to make a final judgement.

ROE Armory does not share your information with outside marketing firms. ROE Armory is a Federal Firearms License holder, as such, customer information will be made available to the ATF upon request.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase and items must be in unopened and undamaged condition unless package was damaged during shipping. All returns, including those damaged during shipping, require approval and an RMA. RMA's will be granted at the discretion of ROE Armory LLC. All warranties must go through the original manufacturer and are not responsibility of the ROE Armory LLC.
Firearms are not returnable. Firearms manufactured by ROE Armory LLC are warrantied for the for a period of one year and will be repaired at no cost to the buyer. ROE Armory LLC reserves the right to refuse repairs if there is evidence of improper maintenance, tampering, or abuse. ROE Armory LLC further reserves the right to sub-contract repairs to other local gun shops. This makes things easier on both ROE Armory LLC and the customer.
Shipping be via the most affordable route, e.g. Fedex, UPS, or USPS. We can send you a shipping label if you provide the dimensions of the package and pay ahead of time. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed to ahead of time by ROE Armory staff. Items will be shipped upon completion.
